A beautiful tablescape doesn’t just happen. It requires a lot of thought and planning, not to mention the right raw materials.
Typically, venue standard tableware simply isn’t special or striking enough to create the high-end, editorial feel my clients love. While I’ll always encourage upgrading all your tableware, when this isn’t possible, a couple of small changes can make a big difference.
This package allows you to easily make two key upgrades guaranteed to instantly elevate a tablescape – cutlery and coloured water glasses. You’ll have access to a wide range of colours and metallic finishes, so we can select the best option for your chosen aesthetic. Picture a pop of gold cutlery or maybe modern matte black, a pastel glass for a summer soiree or a deep berry goblet for a winter wedding. These might seem like small details, but the visual impact is huge, trust me!

Tall, tapered candles, coordinated to match your wedding colours, from world renowned luxury brand, Ester & Erik. Handcrafted in Denmark, these candles are non-drip and slow burning, meaning they won’t end up a waxy mess five minutes into your wedding breakfast.
Pillar candles (for use in lanterns and hurricane holders included as part of my Signature Service).
Whether lining an aisle or placed throughout your venue, these look beautiful styled with flowers, foliage or on their own.
8-hour burn tealights (for use in votives and tealight holders included as part of my Signature Service). Staying alight throughout your celebration, these can be added to tables and other styled areas such as a ceremony table, cake table or mantelpiece.
All table linen including tablecloths and napkins, or runners and napkins where long rustic wooden tables are being used. The linen provided is of the highest quality, made from gorgeous heavyweight fabrics that drape beautifully. You’ll also benefit from no hidden hire costs and no need to arrange separate delivery and collection.
Upgraded cutlery and a coloured water glass per person, selected to compliment your chosen aesthetic. Again, you’ll also benefit from no hidden hire costs and no need to arrange separate delivery and collection.

are there any additional
Any additional costs will be clearly stated. All packages are competitively priced for up to 80 guests. This is based on the average number of guests my clients tend to have and the capacity of venues I regularly work at. If you are planning a significantly smaller or larger wedding, please get in touch to arrange a bespoke quote.
The number of candles provided is the perfect amount based on the average number of tables for a wedding with up to 80 guests, plus enough for other spaces that typically require styling. If you decide you need more, this can be arranged for an additional fee. If your venue has a strict ‘no flame’ policy, but you would like linen and/or linen and tableware, the cost of candles will be deducted from the price of your package.
My Signature Service includes one venue visit. Further visits are available upon request, the cost of which will be added to your invoice. Additional on-the-day styling can also be arranged at a cost of £75 per hour. I will let you know early in the design process whether I think this will be necessary.
Travel more than 30 miles from Fleet will be charged at 60p per mile on your final invoice. If you’re using items that need collecting the following day, mileage will be included for this journey too. If an overnight stay is required, a flat rate of £175 will be added to your initial invoice to cover the cost of accommodation.
I also require a £250 refundable damage deposit (payable with final invoice and returned within seven days of your wedding date, minus the cost to replace any broken or damaged items
